L3 Harris : Intranet Modernisation Project
The L3 Harris Intranet Modernisation was a mission critical project that required us to work with the clients development team to obtain a result. During this project we collaborated with the various project stakeholders to ensure requirements were met and systems retained an established pattern of operation. The Intranet systems were modernised from decades old web technology and progressed to a contemporary techniology suite whilst also being made ready for deployment to the cloud. This project also saw us modernise the security approaches of the client system and improve the system to operate more efficently. All of this was accomplished on time and on budget.
Projex Academy : Exam Simulator
Projex is an online learning Academy which offers courses and exam preparation in the Project Management arena. Projex came to us and asked if we could build them an "exam simulator" that would allow their pupils to cut their teeth on a simulated exam before they committed to spending money on the real thing. NOAD delivered a rich browser based exam simulator that near perfectly replicated the PMP / Prince2 real life exam. Our solution gave the user an examination which produced a unique exam each time, pulling questions together from multiple subject areas too give a unique exam experience every time the pupil attempted it. We also delivered full score reporting and exam reporting allowing a pupil to see their weak points. This has enabled Projex to compete on a level footing with the other online e-learning providers. NOAD delivered on time , and we were able to add some ideas to the product that Projex hadnt intially thought of, and all for a reasonable price
Adsdean Advertising Optimiser
Adsdean is a start-up venture that needed an entire solution built to their requirements. They wanted a SaaS product with a rich web front end that enabled their clients to control and optimise their advertising expenditure. The product had to talk to various thurd party advertising APIs such as RevContent and Content.AD and make fine adjustments in real time to the clients campaigns and adverts. This required a highly performant database and processing services to manage Adsdean's mission critical requirements. NOAD was able to rise to the challenge and delivered a solution on time which offered savings on Adsdeans projected hosting and server costs.
Blockchain - Proof Of Existence
A client came to us with a bitcoin / blockchain project that they wished to develope and NOAD were more than happy to build a solution in this cutting edge technology. Despite our lack of experience with Blockchain we were quickly able to deliver a working prototype to the client. The solution allowed an end user to write data to the bitcoin blockchain (typically a digital signature of a document) so it could be proven that a document existed at that point in time. NOAD were able to deliver a solution that exceed the clients requirements by suggestion innovations and improvements to the client. The end result was a product that scaled massively allowing millions of documents to be written to the blockchain for a very low cost. This was another project we were able to deliver on time and at a very reasonable cost.
